FEELINGS Let's talk about this whole system. Yes, it is a system designed to inform you, guide you, and make life worth living. But let's get this straight...feelings are your reactions to what you think, what you do, and what you feel. Yes, you can have layer upon layer, but ideally, you have a reaction that informs, leads, or rewards and then...you release it. So ideally, you don't have layers and layers.
When you have layers and layers, those are all stored in your body. They will manifest as illness or pain if you do not do the work of releasing them.
Lapsed release can be accomplished by tapping, affirmation, journaling, or talk therapy. You will know this is necessary if you have a lot of pain, depression, illness, or accidents. Make sure your microbiome is healthy first since depression may mean just that your biome is not balanced.
