Plan to spend 15 to 30 minutes outside every day. Why? You ask. Here is why. To build health, you MUST expose yourself to the environment of Mother Nature every day. It is a matter of balancing your biome with that of the ecology around you. When I say outside, I mean around growing things. At a minimum, grass and trees. Ideally, creeks and woods would be great!
