I came across a bookthat can provide guidance to develop and use affirmations as way to start making changes. The author is Jack Canfield and the title is "SuccessAffirmations". My copy is an audible edition so that I can listen to it. So far I have listened about a half dozen times. Each time I learn new things to increase my skill at affirming a change in what I am believing, doing, or aiming to achieve.
