Well, another week. I have listened to Clear's "Atomic Habits" and tied one session of exercise to lunchtime. I ask myself to do a four minute workout before eating lunch. It appears to be working. I was able to keep the connection going, missing only one day. I weigh 173 this morning. I continue to eat a protein and veggies for lunch and veggies, fruit, and carbs for dinner. No eating after 7. Coffe in the a.m. Green tean in the p.m. and Zinger(no caffeine) after 7. Persistence pays, I am confident. 😀
