I have been reading a lot about nutrition. I found a book written by Denny Hiestand about electric nutrition...fascinating. So my new eating plan is lunch at noon consisting of 3 oz of protein(probably pork since I raise pastured pork and eggs since my grand daughter raises laying hens)along with numerous vegetable sides. No carbs. Then for supper fruits, raw veggies, carbs, nuts...as much as I want. No eating after seven pm. No drinking with meals. Two cups of coffee in the morning...green tea anytime up to 7 pm. Non-caffeine drinks after 7 like Celestial Seasoning's lemon zinger. Water whenever I feel like it. No extra exercise. Starting at 175 pounds with a goal of 145. I will comment every day in April so you can see how itis going. I will still try to eat at least 30 varieties of plants each week to make my gut happy😁
